Professional photographer all tend to have their personal top photography tips to ensure that images have the WOW-factor. I've recently read an interesting article by Joaquin Duenas entitled The Most Important Photography Tip. Joaquin said,
'The most important tip that hardly anyone talks about is "‘Train Your Eye". The eye of a photographer is his or her most important tool. Train your eyes to see light and you are on your way to creating awesome images. Train your eyes to differentiate 2D from 3D and your pictures will suddenly have volume. Teach them what is contrast and they will identify detail. You will create amazing images as long as your eyes make decisions on what to include in your photograph and what to eliminate, the choice of angles and light.'
To train your eye, it helps to go for walks and practice framing different scenes in your mind. Notice detail and think about perspective. It's also great to train your eyes to see as your camera does. Use your fingers to make a small frame to look through and block out the rest. You can also carry a small frame made out of carton with you. The better you train your eye, the more spectacular your images you will be.
Pick of our Macro Photography Tips
Whenever you delve into the realm of macro photography your depth of field becomes very narrow. It's important to check and recheck your focus both before and after a shot. Once you've shot an image, zoom in on it as much as your camera will allow to ensure the right sections of the frame are in focus.

Pick of our Landscape Photography Tips
You will often encounter locations that require a unique composition to make a relatively plain landscape look fantastic. Get creative and use all the elements in your frame to showcase the natural beauty of a location - as well as your own impressive compositional skills. Choose your timing well, including the time of day and the season. After all, a tree might just be a tree, but shoot it in the golden hours of the day in all its autumnal glory in front of a lake and you have a completely different story to tell.

Pick of our Portrait Photography Tips
Many photographers are challenged by backgrounds in portrait photography. However, playing with depth of field can make all the difference. Blur the background just enough so that it complements and enhances the features of your subject - used well it can create a fantasic contrast.
